Hi, I'm experiencing the below email but it doesn't tell me what email is the culprit. "Email loop detected
It appears as though is being used as a forwarded or fetched email account and is also being used as a user / system account. Please correct the loop or seek technical assistance."

Check your configured email addresses(specifically ones that ou use to send email).
Make sure that they are not on email list, or them sending an email would not result in an endless email loop.

Thank you, I found the source of my problem. Agents were creating tickets from their personal email but changing the from email. That resulted in the "from email" and "to email" being the same.
