I had like 11 tickets 😂 , when i removed them the problem was gone..., but adding one ticket and the login is slow again.
after removing -instead of disabling- the queues the problem was really gone.
so even though i'm the only agents and there were 11 tickets the queues i added had a huge impact on performance, maybe the queues where to complex or there was a bug in the query..
I'll give the queues another try later on since they could be very useful for sorting tickets, for now i'm happy that i can continue working on our new helpdesk.
