I'm in CleanUp process of my tickets.
I need to transfer about 600 tickets to new Department.
The problem is a time duration of this process.
In my osTicket instalation I have about 13000 tickets at all.
The process of transfering tickets is taking about 6 minutes for 30 tickets.
I count the time duration by comparing 30 email notification about transfering tickets.
Any suggestion what can took so many time ?
Where is the issue ?
