Hi,
i'm new to OsTicket and i have just started setting up my helpdesk, one of the things i wanted to do is add 2 custom ticket queues so i can list tickets sorted per department and per machine, for this i have als added a custom form where people select their department.
After i started working on the second ticket queue i noticed that logging in to the staff page now takes more than one minute before it is finally loaded, me thinking it is because of the new ticket queue -witch i guess has to load in and list the tickets properly every time someone logs in- I've disabled the ticket queues hoping that would improve the loading times but that did not help at all.
when i check the SQL database i see one query running every time i log in to the staff page, the query is very long and i think that's the reason loading takes so long.
with my limited knowledge of SQL i hope someone here can help me identify the problem or point me in the right direction.
