Hi,
since update to 1.12, I can't edit any existing form fields in my ticket details. If I click save, the dialog hangs. See screen shot.

One more detail: It happens only on form fields of type "Choices".

Version of PHP?
Any PHP error logs?
Any webconsole errors?

Try changing the Choices field to a list.

    tinus You need to create the list first - go to Admin -> Manage -> Lists and do so there. Once done, it'll be an option in the drop down you selected in your screenshot

    Thanks, got it. What happens with my existing tickets if I change from Choices to a custom list? Does it keep the existing assignments or are they lost?

      tinus I'm not sure to be honest. It might be best to ensure the values in your list are entered in the same order as your Choices to help avoid any issues.
