Version of osTicket?
Are you just trying to translate the the product or did you install a language pack?

    1.10 is really old. I imagine that you would want to upgrade to fix this.

    LeanLord This should all be translated by the language pack, and while I no longer have a 1.10 installation to test with, I did fire up my clone of my 1.12 system and installed the Portuguese language pack (I'm guessing that's the language you're using? Please correct me if I'm wrong here!!)

    So yes, I'd say it's worth upgrading ?

            LeanLord Just in case, remember to back everything up beforehand, especially the database! While the upgrade should be seamless, and certainly was for me, you can never be too careful.

                RBGE sr but i cant update the version can i change the buttons without update?

                    LeanLord To be honest, I'm not sure. I tried it in 1.12 and it worked, and it doesn't in your 1.10 installation, so it would suggest that an upgrade would fix it. Are you at least using 1.10.6? That's got a few bug fixes from earlier versions and is still supported, although it'll probably drop off the supported list sooner than 1.12.

                    If you can't do 1.12 for whatever reason, are you at least able to do 1.10.6?

                        RBGE Actualy i think that I cant upgrade because, my boss tell me to dont upgrade and i just wanted to know if its possible to change the buttons by php ;_;

                            LeanLord Your boss told you not to apply an upgrade that contains security and bug fixes, specifically the bug you're encountering now? ?

                            Technically, as an upgrade is just replacing the PHP files then that's the same as the manual solution you're looking for, but I know how stubborn bosses can be at times ? You might be able to find a pull request in Github that sorts your problem, although this is effectively just a partial upgrade. I'm afraid I don't know how to sort this manually, although if you look through the files you might be able to find the strings somewhere. I'd advise against doing this though.

                                    LeanLord So, it looks like include/client/templates/sidebar.tmpl.php contains these buttons.

                                    !!! DISCLAIMER: I'm not a coding expert, and if you manually edit these files and things break, it's nothing to do with me! I may also be wrong in pointing out this file. I'd still strongly recommend continuing to push for the upgrade, as this will fix many other issues as well as the one you're experiencing here !!!

                                        LeanLord Good stuff ? Now just in case anybody finds this ticket at a later date via a Google search, I'll point out the proper solution is to upgrade osTicket to the latest version which fixes this bug ?
