Hello!

If a customer opens a new ticket and requests a ticketlink, the email with this link is sent to postmaster instead of to the customer.

Where can I correct this?

Also I'm not sure what you mean.

Sorry, I thought the version of osTicket was cleared by the tags I added to my post.
I am using osTicket FREE v1.11.0 (d4e240b) Patch-0 — Deutsche Version

Running on CentOS 7.

I mean the accesslink a customer can request to view his ticket. When he requests such a link,
the email with the link is sent to postmaster or mailer-deamon instead to the customer.

    And where did you download this from?
    I ask because there is no such version as "osTicket FREE v1.11.0 (d4e240b) Patch-0 — Deutsche Version". I suspect that you downloaded a non-official version from somewhere other the osticket.com.

    As a side note 1.11 is insecure and no longer supported and you should upgrade to 1.12.

      I installed version 1.12 now with the german language pack and configured email things. The problem reportet above does not appear in version 1.12.

      But now I notice that the customer who opened does not get a copy of it, just the admin is notified. Is this intended behavior? Can't think so, the customer does not know the ticketnumber then.

      Oh, I think I found it. Didn't check notify owner of his new ticket.
