Basically what the title says.

The CRON task is running and fetching the tickets from our predetermined mailbox, and they are being added into the database. I can even see in the User Directory that tickets are being processed somewhat by the system, as a guest user appears and lists the appropriate number of tickets. However, I am unable to see the tickets within the interface itself. See the attached screenshot below.

My primary thought is permission issue, but I've double-triple-quadruple checked everything, unless there is something really odd that I'm missing. I am the only account currently, am an administrator, am part of the appropriate department, and have the full-permission role within the department.

I'm sure it's going to be something really obvious, so feel free to show me the snake in the grass. ?

Hi!

Thanks for the reply! I'm almost certain that it is the issue that you linked to. Searching for the ticket name brought it up in the interface, but still can't view it.

I've attached a copy of the system information screen from my installation for reference and will see what I can find as far as PHP error logs.

EDIT: And here is a pastebin with my error log - https://pastebin.com/sCHAj58P

Hi ntozier!

Thanks for the suggestion! Finally had a minute to apply the fix, do some testing, and edit the database entries for the other tests.

Worked like a charm! Thanks again! <3

EDIT: Me, reading about the new version - (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻ ???

Well at least you got it working. Since there is a new version at least you wont have to redo the edits since they are included in the new version.
