I have delete permission rights set to my agent and still unable to delete ticket, could you please guide me whats the issue.

any help would be appreciated.

    Your screen shot very clearly shows that you have permissions to delete USERS. Not tickets.

    Go to the Role assigned your account and look at its permissions.
    Admin panel -> Agents -> Roles -> Your role.
    Click on the Permissions tab.
    I think that you will find that you do not in fact have permission to delete tickets.

      Roles are assigned to Agents.
      Go to: Admin panel -> Agents -> Agents.
      Click on an Agent's name.
      Click on Access tab.
      There is a drop down for Role on Primary Department and any Extended Access granted.

      Thank you very much yes now i am able to delete after giving full access to that agent!
