I'll update the README, but Firefox won't display PDF's by default anymore,
Required setting for Firefox: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/applications-panel-set-how-firefox-handles-files Chrome has PDF display enabled by default.

not working with osTicket (v1.15.4)

for v1.16.1 it no longer works, since PHP version has been upgraded to v8.x

Is there an alternative to this plugin anyway? I opened this issue 3 weeks ago and seems there is no response. I was thinking why the move to PHP 8, since this is not a major release after all.
