RBGE download version 1.11 of github, and not the downloads of the osticket site. They are different ??
pablopol24 Hmm, I wonder if that's a common issue. I've been using downloads from the osTicket website (I'll be honest, I'm no GitHub expert) - I'll try this 'clean' upgrade with downloaded files, and if that doesn't work I'll revert it and look into GitHub....
Didn't work ? I really can't afford to lose the database, so a genuine clean install isn't really an option.
RBGE "Houston, we have a problem"
RBGE ntozier temporarily works with auto cron, they are created correctly. The problem is with the cron of api.
@ntozier Help !!!
This has been reported to the devs. Unfortunately I cannot replicate the issue.
My production site: IIS 8.5, PHP 7.2.15, osTicket 1.11, MySQL 5.5.x
We use both O365 and Office Pro Plus 2016 Outlook.
Thanks @pablopol24 , it does indeed work normally if I disable the cron job and use the built in autocron instead. Unfortunately this still renders 1.11 as broken for me, as we still need the email alerts from tickets when the department is closed. I'd probably find all of our agents sitting doing nothing too as "no tickets have appeared" ?
RBGE I will try configuring an external cron, to see if I can isolate the problem. Edit: it did not work
Solved my problem with cron using omit APCu-calls for CLI-SAPI.

The devs just posted a fix for this. https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket/pull/4731
ntozier it did not work, if the previous one published by adlerweb on github.
I leave my data
