vicos Not that I'm aware of. To my knowledge Windows firewall is disabled and all firewall tasks are handled by a middle box somewhere.
For context: I'm a desktop support guy, our infrastructure team provided me a Win2016 server (pretty much only configured with IIS 10 and our AV software) and told me to have at it and stand up OSTicket.
Also - the plot thickens a bit. Assuming that some weirdo issue with IIS or MySQL was causing this issue where I can't post internal notes or replies - I decided to try out XAMPP as the web server instead. Now running XAMPP with PHP 7.2.14 and MySQL 10.1.37 I get the SAME BEHAVIOR.
I'm at a total loss here. Even when changing the server stack entirely the behavior persists. Oh, and the broken menus when viewing a ticket are back.
At this point I assume it's something about the Winserver itself I'm not even sure how to begin troubleshooting this.
