We are having an annoying issue where our attachments appear to upload, but after we click save or post, when going back to the ticket we discover that the message is there, but the attachments never uploaded. This happens both on the agent side and client side about 20% of the time. Other times, it uploads fine. We use the attachments add-on. All php modules are active other than apcu and the version is the current one. Time zones match. The only thing that we changed was switching servers about a month ago, but other than a file permission issue in the first week that our server admins fixed, there are no other errors.
The file permission error that was resolved was: ModSecurity: Audit log: Failed to create subdirectories (permission denied). We are still having issues though even after that was resolved.
The only other php error I see in the logs is:
