I'd like to send a New Ticket Alert to the admin email whenever a new ticket is created on the Web via the client site.Easy Peasy... all I have to do is enable the new Ticket alert in Settings>Tickets>Alerts and Notices.Welp, the problem with that is whenever an agent creates a ticket now, it sends an email to the admin email.Is there a way to get alerts for ONLY the Web generated tickets?

I'm not aware of a way to pick and chose which tickets get alerts sent like you are describing.  It's all or nothing.If you are handy with PHP you could always code your own alerts.
