Hello,after upgrading to v1.11.0-rc1 I did not get any email if anybody will answer tickets. Creating tickets work well. For sure in the settings, it is activated.Thank you for you help!

Yes it looks like thats the same issue. Unfortunately I can not go back in the Version... no Backup... only way is to wait on the New release?
You could try to pull the lastest development build from github develop-next which I do not recommend but has addressed a lot of the issues since the initial release of the Release Candidate. I hear that there is a new RC coming soon but do not have a date for you.
Ok now i installed the latest develop-next but the email still doesnt work
@[deleted]What's your environment details?Are you testing or using for production? if it's production you should be using 1.10.4 stable releaseWhat kind of errors are you getting in your logs?
