Hi,Im trying to delete 10 tickets from the list and the time needed to finish the job is: Delete 1 ticket : 55-60 secsDelete 10 tickets : ~10 minsDelete 25 tickets : ~25 mins All tickets have a small txt file as attachment.Attachment's table is 16GB from 17GB database total, osticket version 1.10.4.Simular problem i had with speed and solved is http://forum.osticket.com/d/discussion//resolved-information-page-not-loading#latest George

Hi ntozierLinux Debian Stretch PHP version: 7.0.27 / Server version: 10.2.13-MariaDB-10.2.13Osticket version 1.10.4.This is only a problem when tickets have attachments, although their size is very small (txt file with 5 lines of text.)Today we delete 10 files without attachments and it was done under a second.

It’s due to the queries used to lookup and delete the tickets. They are very slow when you have large datasets. We have actually started assessing the issues with large datasets in the 1.11.x version. Please stay tuned.
