We have adressed a lot of these issues in `develop-next`. Please use the latest pull from `develop-next` and retest.

Cheers.

Also as a side note you should probably not be using 1.11.0-rc1 it is a release candidate not a stable release.

I did try the dev-next.  I get the same error.I restored a database backup from the previous night and created a new install (v1.11 rc1) to connect to it.  Opening tickets works with the restored db.  Could it be a db issue?  I'd appreciate any other ideas. Thanks

It could’ve been an upgrade issue. Try the upgrade with develop-next.

Cheers.

v1.11 rc1 or dev-next I get the same error.  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

@[deleted]What version are you upgrading FROM?Cheers.

v1.11rc1 to dev nextI abandoned the database that was having problems and started using the db from backup.  I ran a test of this db with dev next and it seemed to resolve the outstanding issues.

@[deleted]YAY! I'm glad they are resolved! Please keep testing using `develop-next` (updated regularly) and report any issues you find to us! It will not only help us address the issues faster but it will also speed up the official release of this version.Cheers.

Will do, thank you for your help.
