I would not have the status "resolu".In "Manage -> List" there is a custum list which contains the different states.blankUnfortunately in the interface of the agent, there is not all the states that appear.blankCould you help me ?Thank you

I am running 1.10.4 and cannot replicate this report. Try switching to English and see if the problem goes away.  It could be related to the language pack that you are running.

Hello,Yes, if I pass the system and interface in English, the problem persists. Can we rebuild the database?

@[deleted]You do not have the permission to Close tickets. You can enable this permission by going to Admin Panel > Agents > Roles > select a role > Permissions, Enable the checkbox for Close, and Save Changes. Now you should be able to set tickets to any status with a Closed state. If not then that means you do not have that Role for the Department the ticket is under. You must then go to Admin Panel > Agents > Agents > click your name > Access, select the appropriate role for the Department, and Save Changes.Cheers.

Hi,everything is checked.I only have "open" and "closed"I wish to have "resolved"Thank you

Hello,I think I found the problem: in my database, in the `ost_ticket_status` table, the key 'Resolved' with status 'resolved'.It appears that this state does not exist! To correct, here is the solution:Open -> openResolved -> closedClosed -> closedArchived -> archivedDeleted -> deletedI hope it will stay functional ...On the other hand, I do not understand who could have changed this state ...Regards

This is correct.  Resolved has always been a closed state since it was introduced
