First off: fairly new to OS Ticket and native Dutch. (our ticketsystem is also in Dutch)We are using v1.10.1 (see system info attached)The problem we're expiriencing, is perhaps best explained with screenshots.I've attached files in which I have blacklined some personal details and highlighted certain area's.When opening a new ticket (OST_new_1), there is a selection "Help onderwerpen". When selecting a particular subject, a list will appear (OST_new_form_2)For instance: When selecting "Hardware" under "Help onderwerpen", an extra field will appear where you can choose "onderdeel".The above is all working properly, but when editing an existing ticket this is not working in the same way as in a new ticket.We try to categorise our tickets based on these subjects and parts.In the attachments you'll find that when editing a existing ticket in "Help onderwerpen" the extra field and list for "onderdeel" will not appear.Opposed to when creating a new ticket. This is the same for all subjects under "Help onderwerpen".We get a lot of tickets via email and we can not categorise them when this is not working properly.I've been digging around in the admin panel, but was not able to find a way to fix this...Has anyone else experienced the same problem and is there a solution?If there is more info required I can post different screenshots

When you edit a ticket, the form does not magically appear.  You have to go to Mage Forms and add it to the ticket first, then edit the ticket.
