Hi,I'm new to OSTicket and am still in the testing phase currently using v1.10.1.  I was able to create a new custom field in the Organization form for file uploads.  I noticed that whenever a new file is uploaded, any files that were previously uploaded disappear.  This only happens if I logout and log back in with a new session.  The same user account is used at all times.I checked the OSTicket database and the uploaded files still exist, they just are no longer associated with the Organization.  I tried created multiple custom file upload fields and the same thing happens.  If i log out and log back in and upload a file to any of the custom file upload fields, all previously uploaded files regardless of the field they were in disappear.  This is a major problem and is enough to prevent me from using OSTicket if I can't find a fix.I checked through the forums and saw similar issues with attachments disappearing in Tickets when they are edited.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've asked the devs to take a look at this thread.  I agree it sounds similar to the editing a ticket issue.

It’s a session thing. We’ve been looking into this for v1.11.0rc-1. Stay tuned.

Cheers.

Thanks for the help guys.  I'll be on the lookout for the update.

Good morning, I would like to know if the problem of attachments when editing the ticket eliminates the others was already solved or not? I am having problems when editing and it is tedious to upload all the files again.

I found a fix that one of the devs has added to the develop repository, but it hasn't made it into the 1.10.x or 1.11.x branches yet.  I've tested by manually editing the relevant code and it seems to work in both versions.  For more info see this github thread.
