Hello together, since 3 weeks i get a lot of this following mails: "Excessive error processing e-mails from imap.strato.de/example@example.de. please check your inbox manuel."In the admin Panel i get the alerts you can see below: blankI have already set up the mail address via IMAP and Pop3. Thats not the solution, because i use a ticketsystem. The mails will not be forwarded to the ticketsystem. I have no idea.

@[deleted]You need to find the particular email that's stuck in the mailbox and either mark it as read and manually create a ticket for it - or - remove it from the Inbox completely. Once you do this the system will stop trying to process the particular email and stop throwing the errors. That particular email is either broken or mis-formatted or something and the system can't process it correctly so it throws it back in the Inbox and since you probably have your mail configured to do nothing after it's processed (in osTicket) it is attempted to be fetched again and again and again.I hope this helps!
