I don't think I have ever seen a number there, did you have a version older than v1.10 ?The total number of closed jobs isn't very relevant.

You can see number of closed tickets in right lower corner of the Closed tickets tab, something like this:Showing 1 - 25 of 65466

@[deleted] - I have seen it there prior to v1.10.X I believe it was v1.9.X. But you are right it doesn't bother me, just a query. Wondering if there was a reason for it.@[deleted] - Yes I did see that. Thanks.

I believe that the top number was removed with 1.10, to make the UI look more "clean".

Not only cleaner, faster, no need to sum closed tickets for every agents view
