Access to the users page is very slow. Sometimes it does not open. In total we have 20320 registered users.

That was a buggy RC and should not be used in production.Your image is broken.

1.10.2 hasn't been released yet, so no.You should upgrade to at least 1.10, and preferably 1.10.1 since it contains bug fixes.
