As the title says, whenever a collaborator replies to a ticket via email a new ticket is created.Expected behavior: replying to a task via email should add a note to the taskActual behavior: replying to the task via email generates a new ticket The subject line is the one created by OSTicket e.g. Task Name Running osTicket 1.10.1 on DigitalOcean, using gmail w/ imapAny help / ideas would be appreciated.
