in the old version did you use any plugins?

My immediate guess is that you have a problem with the backup/restore of the database then.  Or perhaps webserver configuration.

Oh I see.  When you say that you migrated I assumed that you mean from server1 to server2.You mean that you upgraded.Have you tried re-uploading the files?Are you sure that you restored the ost-config.php file?Did you install any plugins on the new version?

What is the exact error message you are getting in your IIS/PHP error logs?

If you are getting no errors then we really can't help you unless we start guessing at the issue. There are records in the `ost_file`, `ost_file_chunk`, and `ost_attachment` tables, correct? And they aren't appearing in the ticket or when you click them to download them nothing happens?

They do not appear in the Ticket and if I download the file locally the file is corrupted, the print contents of the `ost_file`,` ost_file_chunk` and `ost_attachment` tables are accepted. Any suggestion is very well accepted

Have you found any solution? I'm also facing the same issue.

I just copy my OSTicket instance from one folder to another. All the files are copy except the attachment folder as it contains 0666 permission.

Please do not be a necromancer.
If your attachments are stored on the file system then that would be your issue. You would need to copy the attachments folder where they are stored to the new instance.
