Hello,I have added a number of additional fields to the Ticket Details Form.Recently I added Support Department to the Form to Allow users to send the ticket to the department of their choosing.I have set this field with the following Settings:It displays correctly on the End User Screen:
And is still visible on the Agent Screen despite not having the Visible Setting Ticked, It also displays the data in an incorrect format.
Any help on what I have done wrong would be great.I'm trying to hide this field on the Agent insert screen as it already exists further up the page.thanks
