Hello,I have added a number of additional fields to the Ticket Details Form.Recently I added Support Department to the Form to Allow users to send the ticket to the department of their choosing.I have set this field with the following Settings:blankIt displays correctly on the End User Screen:blankAnd is still visible on the Agent Screen despite not having the Visible Setting Ticked, It also displays the data in an incorrect format.blankAny help on what I have done wrong would be great.I'm trying to hide this field on the Agent insert screen as it already exists further up the page.thanks 

I see the image and such... And from them i gather that you have added a second drop down box, but I dont get why you would be trying to have two drop down fiends that are identical (especially if one of them is a built in)

I would like the End User to be able to Select the department they are sending the ticket to.The built in field does not allow me to do this.

You would use Help Topcis to do that.  It's transparent to the User (and they would then have less that they have to enter to open a ticket).
