Hello everyone,I have a Problem for a few weeks now and can´t fix it myself.I´ll try to describe my problem as detailed as possible.We have different Help Topics in our osTicket-system with different form fields assigned. For easier use when adjusting views they are all configured in the standard Ticket Detail-View.
