Hello everyone,I have a Problem for a few weeks now and can´t fix it myself.I´ll try to describe my problem as detailed as possible. We have different Help Topics in our osTicket-system with different form fields assigned. For easier use when adjusting views they are all configured in the standard Ticket Detail-View. blankHow do I manage to only show the checkboxes in the help topics they are assigned to?Hope I described my problem good enough.osTicket Installation Details:blank

I'm not sure what it is you are trying to say the problem is.  Can you provide a screen shot (and maybe some circles on it) indicating what you mean?

I got different Help Topics (Screenshot) blankEvery help topic has different forms assigned.I.e. the Help Topic "It First Level Support" has these forms assigned:blankBut when you open a ticket from this topic there is a collum for every checkbox-type field that I created in the ticket system (As seen in the original post)blankSince the data is not relevant for the ticket I don´t want it to be shown there

It appears that every single one of them are type"checkbox".And you have it on the Ticket Details built in form which means that every ticket will have them.I'm not sure what they are for, but why not move them to a specific help topic or something do only the tickets that need them will have them?

@[deleted]: I didn´t enable them on the help topics I don´t want them as seen in the screenshot from my last post but they still appear. Can´t I exclude them from the ticket view somewhere even when they are in the ticket details? Cause now its too late to delete them I guess.

Q: Can´t I exclude them from the ticket view somewhere even when they are in the ticket details?A: No.Q: Cause now its too late to delete them I guess.A: No, you can delete them all you want.

@[deleted] A: No, you can delete them all you want.Rly? I´ve done this in the past an all tickets that were created didn´t show any content anymore. Guess I´ll save a snapshot and try it on another instance.

Yes really. You can delete any fields, forms (other than the built in ones).  We've altered the forms on our tickets quite a bit since the production site went from just the IT Department to IT, Maint, Training, EMR, Development, Project departments.

Also, try this pull request: https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket/pull/3996Cheers.
