Hi guys,we started using osTicket with version 1.10. When I had a ticket open in that version, there was a clock running and (assumingly) tracking the time spent with that ticket. After upgrading to 1.10.1 I noticed that clock was gone and I can't see any way to get insights into any time tracking anywhere.I went through every setup page looking for an option switch or something, but without success.Do you have any hint for me?Best regardsAndreas

I just looked into the database and found that the last entry in `ost_timesheet` originates from december 15th, which is the exact date I upgraded to 1.10.1

Meh.after re-checking the original installation, I noticed the timesheet class is only available resp. implemented by default in the german osTicket version: https://osticket.com.de/editions.php*sigh*Well then, rollback commenced.

Time tracking has never been a default function in osTicket, I've not used it myself but I think this is the most popular one: https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket/pull/3231But judging by your tables name, it might be a different one

@[deleted]01: our answers overlapped – see my conclusion above. ;-)After a rollback, everything works as expected again.

Also https://osticket.com.de is not osTicket.  It's someone else's version of osTicket and not official.
