Hi guys,we've been running osticket for a few weeks now with no issues with email fetching from a 365 mailbox.  the mailbox was on a federated domain with some dodgy SSO software, so that was removed and reverted to cloud only (at both points email fetching was working).  i have since implemented Microsoft's ADFS and now email fetching the sending isn't working and i just get an error stating "too many failed logins"has anyone had this before?

Sorry I have not.We run local AD and sync with Azure AD and it works fine for us.

I too require this plug-in for authentication O365 or ADFS, plese let me know if you have any update on this.
