I tryed to modify the content of PDF print of each ticket, but there is no results.Wich file I must edit to do this changes?

Depending on what you are trying to do I would look at:/include/class.pdf.phpand/include/staff/templates/ticket-print.tmpl.php

Thank you, ntozier.I have find this files, and in /include/class.pdf.php the only change needed is the page format (I use A4).I also modified /include/staff/templates/ticket-print.tmpl.php and now it's ok.How can I see the images sent by the client into the PDF and not the name of the files?

No idea. I've never tried to change the behavior of the print out.
