Hellomy agents have all together the same email adress. The system output the failure/error that isnt possible to add a agent with the same email adress like another agent. can i change this setup everywhere? Thanks for your help! 

Nope.  Agents like Users are required to have a unique email address. The system can have a single email address that all correspondence will come from / go to and it can suppress the Agent identity if you really want to.  It is my understanding that business best practices do not have multiple people accessing a single email. You apparently do not have to deal with HIPAA or HiTech.

Who is your email provider? If you have Office365 or GSuite, you could create a distribution list as the email for OSTicket and then add all your agents to that distribution list so they all get the notifications. But for logging in then yeah it's not possible. You should provide everyone an account with their own email.

I dont see the logic on everyone having the same email address. If it must be one mailbox then simpley make several email alias to that one email account
