That plugin is not released or supported by the OSTicket Dev team. I suggest you get with the author of the plugin for faster support.

    jhernandezb85 this plugin has been updated and fixed you need to check github and make any issues or requests there. I dont check this forum like i used too.

      I would like to Setup Multi LDAP authentication plugin with Active Directory of Parent domain and Child Domain
      My Current Infra
      Parent Domain: GA.DM.CH (Primary and Secondary DC)

      Child Domain: BL.GA.DM.CH (Primary and Secondary DC)

      Exchange 2016(CU23) (Standalone Server)

      oSTicket 1.17.2 Version OS CentOS 7.
      I am too tired to Search in the article for configuration of Parent and Child Domain Users to able to login as domain Users.
      Also it would be nice. Atleast if I give Universal Group. so I can add Parent and Child Domain Users to able to login as domain User

        xomxom yes, actually it works only one Domain either Primary or Child Domain,

        So I would like to perfect configurations with proper best practices attributes for both the domains to be used

            tls what i mean is that, i did the ldap integration with osticket but i am not able to press the sync user button. So is there any other way we can get all the users of active directory into our osticket at once?

              Hi,
              Iam new to this osticket system installation. I need so help from you. I installed osticket in ubuntu. Everything works well email alert , user local account login, ticket closure. But now we planning to integrate our ldap server with this osticket.can share the steps for the implementation. I installed osticket ldap plugin. It is also configured. Shows ldap connection successful. Now How can i add my ldap users , should I import all the users from ldap( what is the steps for importing from ldap server), or any user from the ldap account can login to client portal without a registration.
              For syncing ldap user what are the steps should I follow. How can i install the plugin to the osticket system.
              If possible Can you share your contact mailid.
