osTicket Version v1.10 (901e5ea) — Up to date Web Server Software Apache/2.4.6 (CentOS) PHP/5.6.30 MySQL Version 5.5.52 PHP Version 5.6.30Custom form:Admin panel>Manage>Forms> where i created custom form. In that form i added those fields: Label one or more choices Type Visability Variable: reson Label: Select Date Prefered Type and TIme Visability Variable: dateWhen user puts in the ticket, in ticket center it comes back fine, however in email notification I have feed those two variables and they are coming like:date: 12/31/1969 7 pm no matter what date user choose.Multiple choice comes back with "Array" word rather than choices that user selected in the ticket.When I switch back multiple choice so user can select only one, in email it comes back fine. However date always comes back in email as:12/31/1969 7 pmNot sure if this is bug or not but no solutions so far. Please help. Thanks.

This all worked fine in ticket center v1.9.15 so after the upgrade this is not working anymore. That leads me to believe it is a bug.

Hi MRS,

Could you try doing a clean install of OSticket and see if the problem is still occuring.

Could be the upgrade damaged some files.

There are a LOT of posts by people saying that the time is wrong.  Most of them have been solved by setting the timezones the same at all levels. (MySQL, Server, PHP, Server OS, Profile).

Hi Team,
I am facing one issue related ticketing time.
It shows different time 3-4 Hrs more than current time.
I am not able to change my time.
Note : date is same but time is not.
