Hello guys !

VERSION 9.1.15 from 1.10 to how I can go back?

It was not to backup

The only way to go back is to:restore your DB from backup restore the site files from backup or re-install the core files from the download archive.Also this does not appear to be a Suggestion of Feedback so I am moving it to: Troubleshooting and Problems.
