Hello, I've been trying to get osT to CC a different email for every ticket email that is being sent out. My problem is very similar to the problem in this thread http://forum.osticket.com/d/discussion//resolved-automatically-add-a-cc-or-perferably-bcc-to-any-tickets-sent-out-using-smtpI have tried creating a department manager and an organization account manager but they are not receiving emails. (even with the New Message Alert & New Internal Activity Alert notices checked on.)Any help would be appreciated.

Please update your PHP to 5.6 and see if that helps.Please look at your PHP error logs and see if there are any errors.Please look at your mail server logs and see if the emails are being rejected.The thread that you linked is what we are doing to send to a mailing list. (to essentially CC an email to a group of people).
