When using the previous version (version 1.9), the system would allow us to select a "Canned Message" from our drop-down list and it would not only include the text but also include the attachment.

However, now when selecting the drop-down Canned Message, it inserts the message but no attachment.  If I manually attach a message, that works, but it doesn't automatically do this since the update.

I looked through my apache error logs and don't see anything standing out besides SSL and Kerberos messages.  Let me know if I need to be looking elsewhere or what I can do to help solve this.
