I have using osTicket 1 1/2 months ago and work flawless, but now i have a problem when i want to add a Reply or Internal Note to tickets:1. I open the ticket and go to make a reply, i choose a canned response2. After i try tu publish reply, there is an message: This action requieres a key, please try again. The canned response apear unselected. I tryed it in Chrome, Explorer, Mozilla, in Windows and Mac.I attach the screens and the osTicket Installation information. Thanks for your help!
