There seems to be a problem with fresh installation of 1.10 (latest stable) and the "Predefined Answers" (Vordefinierte Antworten).Even though it's activated it does not appear in the menu, neither can one (even if admin) call the corresponding php file. (https://#URL#/scp/canned.php)I replaced all files already (again) with the lastest release in case something went wrong, but still it's not possbile to call the page.I have other installations of osTicket where this works absolutely fine.It does not matter if the user is admin or "normal user", just not possible to open.Also I did an installation of the latest 1.9.xx and then upgraded to 1.10 but it still does not work.Anybody knows how to fix this?We really need to be able to edit those as we need them on a daily basis.Thanks!

Thanks, this gave me a hint.The permission for the agents were right, the predefined answers activated but the role permission seem to overwrite agents permission.Important question here:Shouldn't an agents permission setting overwrite any permission setting done by roles/teams??
