i have installed osticket 1.10 from site and all os working, but when i run the corn job from /api/cron.php i get the following from the cron "No input file specified." how can i get this to work as im trying  the mail account to be imported as a ticket into the osticket 1.10hope any one can help

Are the two paths correct?Are you seeing any errors in your PHP error log?Are you seeing any errors in your Apache error log?Have you contacted HostGator support on how to setup a cron job using PHP CLI?

i have spoken to hostgator, but they say they on support 1.8.1 as it is part of quickinstall on their site, the 1.10 i have custom installed on hostgator, hostgator say im on my own, any advice futher you can supply on this ..
