osTicket Versionv1.10 (901e5ea) — Up to dateWeb Server SoftwareApacheMySQL Version5.6.34PHP Version5.6.28I was having an issue before upgrading that when i went to print my tickets with or without internal comments it would go through to the print screen/download the PDF but all the writing would be Blocks instead of Letters? I upgraded hoping it would sort out the issue but unfortunately im not that lucky. Anyone else have this problem and know how to fix it?

I dont recall seeing this before... are you using a language pack? (or a language other than English?)When you upgraded, did you also upgrade the any language packs you have?

Sorry but I haven't seen this before you might want to check all your error logs (PHP, Apache, etc)
Test the PDF on a different computer, use a different computer to print to PDF too for testing. I see this a lot when supporting folks with Acrobat installed. I can't say it's NOT OSTicket but just providing my 2 cents.
