Hello,I am trying to have a canned response where at the end it says the current logged in staff name. I cannot find this variable in the Supported Variables in the canned response page. Does one exist? A screen shot is attached below to show what i mean. Thank you for any help.
Hello,If you just write %{ it will show a list of available variables, e.g., %{ticket. will show variables for ticket. If you cannot find the variable in this list, then most likely it is not currently available.Thanks,
@[deleted] Thank you.As for more elaboration, i am looking for something similar to %{ticket.staff}, but ticket.staff only works if someone is assigned to the ticket. Ticket assignment is not something i need my system for so i do dont use it. I am looking to see if there is something along the lines of %{"current logged in user"}.
currently logged into what? Not really sure where you want to show them logged into. They are receiving an email, it's directed to them.
There is no, and never has been any variable in osTicket for "current logged in staff name". This is not a feature in osTicket.
