Not to sound negative, but probably not in next few years, 1.10 was just released and bugs need to get fixed, there is plenty of work to be done yet :) But @[deleted] can give you more definite answer.

The devs purposely do not mention release dates because then people turn around and hold them to it.I personally expect 1.11 out some time this year but that's my "best guess".  There are now a number of active devs working on different parts of the project although it may not be evident by github activity.
