  • Hello,I've just freshly installed osTicket.I have three total test tickets in my system but seeing zeros across the board as far as stats go. Any help would be appreciated.As you can see from the screenshots.   • What are some of your favorite mods or customizations that you have done to your installation of Osticket?

  • So I'm still having some issues getting your plugin to work. I'll try to describe what I'm seeing.

    I'm receiving errors on the sync. It looks like agents work but not my ldap users.

    To help in my testing I have three ldap users set up in OsTicket.

    Here is my search filter which works because I did an AD query with it and it returned all my users.

    (&(objectCategory=person)(objectClass=user)(!userAccountControl.2.840.113556.1.4.803:=2))

    Authentication mode is set to staff and client.

    Ldap attributes: cn,telephonenumber,physicalDeliveryOfficeName,mail

    sync map: name, phone,office,email

    ldap sync filter: (&(sAMAccountType=805306368)(mail=*))

    Also no one who is part of ldap can login. It just says access denied.

    Any assistance would be appreciated.

  • is greezybacon custom queues avaiable for 1.10? I see it just says 1.8

  • I'm trying to update a ticket that was emailed into the helpdesk. The body of the email is part of the ticket thread as it should be. When I try to edit the ticket to change the help topic, sla plan etc. I get an error message to enter issue details. Shouldn't the issue details already be populated by the body of the email. I'm confused.

  • I've seen mention of custom queues in version 1.11. Any idea when a beta will be released or when we will see 1.11

  • I have a question regarding the body of an email populating the ticket details. I'm confused/concerned that it isn't happening. I've attached two images. the first image is of a recently emailed ticket. The second image is of me trying to edit the ticket.   • When importing users it would be nice if we could also add them into the correct organization. An example would be:In a school district you have organizations based on the schools(Elementary, High School, Middle School) you can import users and add them to the building they work in.

  • I imported a list of users and added an organization header in the csv. I already had the organization created in osticket. When I imported the users they were not added to the organazion. Is this functionality not avaiable yet?

  • Is it possible to add a drop down to change the help topic from the agent ticket view.
