Hi,osTicket Versionv1.10 (901e5ea) —  Up to dateWeb Server SoftwareApacheMySQL Version5.5.51PHP Version5.4.45I have just upgraded to V1.10 and have had a small, but hopeful easy to fix, problemOn the client side and the staff side,When i click the print button on the view ticket details i am greeted with a 500 error,The www.support.stonedintonhartwell.com page isn’t workingwww.support.stonedintonhartwell.com is currently unable to handle this request.

Quick Update,I've done a fresh install into a new sub directory with a new database etc and it still wont print tickets,Any sugestions?

Hold the line,3rd time luck!Just done the 3rd fresh install to a fresh subdomain at it has worked!Just adding my settings to it to see if it will break again.Sorry to waste you time @[deleted]Thank You

So, if anyone else has this issue, For me, it was my logo which caused it to break,going back to all the stock images solved the problem
