Hi, For Open ticket "Last Updated" column is empty.For Closed ticket "Date Closed" column is emplty.Example:How to solve the problem ?

Without seeing your images, it sounds like something similar to what I had after updating to 1.10. I changed the date and time options under system settings and preferences from -Advanced- to Locale Defaults and the times came back.
