Is there a way to assign a ticket to a team so that it removes the individual it is assigned to orignially?I am having an issue where if a ticket is assigned to an agent and then you re-assign it to a team, the individual is still assigned.

Q: Is there a way to assign a ticket to a team so that it removes the individual it is assigned to orignially?A: Not really.  You would have to assign it to the team.  Then assign it to a member of said team directly to unassign it to the person it was assigned to previously. I thought that there was an unassign button, but logged in I don't see it right now. Could also be a department manager only thing.
