Error on browser reload when Check Ticket Status

I'm using OST v1.9.8 on Windows Server 2012 R2.* Require email verification on "Check Ticket Status" page is DISABLED in my OST.After a ticket is created, i use IE browser to enter the email and ticket number to do a "Check Ticket Status" manually.It shows the ticket details.And then if i hit the Refresh button on IE to see if new response or update on ticket, the page will error out.Below is the error:PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function getClientRegistrationMode() on a non-object in D:\wwwroot\xxx\login.php on line 0Is there something wrong with this?Here below are OST details: blank

You should upgrade to current and see if the problem goes away. If you are unwilling to upgrade to current then you should at least upgrade to the current version of the 1.9 tree. (1.9.15 as of this writing)
