Problem with Auto Response (email)

Hi, i have the following Problem.When an Agent opens a Ticket for an registred Customer, the Customer gets an Auto Response that an ticket was opened.When i send an email from an internal Mail account (Company Mail), a Ticket will be opened and an Auto Response will be send to the mail Address.So far so good :)Now the Problem, if i send an Email from an external mail account to osticket, osticket is opening a Ticket but an auto response will not send to the external mail.But external mailing works. I have tested it, i have manually opened a Ticket for the user with the external mail and the response will be send.

Thank you.Let's start with: Admin panel -> Dashboard -> Information.Also are you seeing any PHP or Webserver errors?Can you consult your mail logs on your mail server to see fi the mails are getting there?

Here the Information blank No, no errorsNo there are no mails vom osticket.I don´t think that it is a Issue on the mail server on the reason that mails from the mail Diagnostik and from manual opened Tickets are will send correctly.
