Thats a good Question I can not say it exactly, i have deleted the old Taks and make a new one and after that it works again.@[deleted]The Problem was, that osticket has not fetching mails after the update.

I had a similar issue...  Just remove old cron job on server and add it back....Basically same thing you did....
