It seems that unless their is an agent actively doing using Os Ticket tickets will not be fetched from email. The moment an agent enters the Agent panel, all tickets are fetched from email.Just wondering if anyone has encountered this issue or something similar.Mahalo,Micah

Well this is embarrassing. I just re-read auto-cron and figured out this is not a bug.Would anyone like to assist me in creating a cron job
